Linda Carter
Linda was born and raised in the greater Chattanooga area. Linda has two children and 5 grandchildren. She received her real estate license in 2015 and is an expert in Tennessee, Georgia, and now Florida in buying, selling, and investing in real estate. She enjoys leading her team at Team Linda Carter. When she is not busy leading her team, she enjoys shopping, walks on the beach, and spending time with her grandchildren and dog, Brody. Team Linda Carter has a reputation for loving on their past, current, and future clients. This attitude, influenced by Linda Carter, has resulted in an outstanding $23,000,000.00 in closed volume for the year of 2022. Linda looks forward to connecting with all of her past and future clients and hopes to reach $35 million by the end of 2023.

Destanie Asher
Destanie is married to her high school sweetheart, Skylier. Together they have the light of their lives: Walker. Destanie attended Dalton State College and finished her Real Estate licensing in 2018. She currently works as the Lead Buyers Agent for Linda Carter Homes. Destanie and Skylier bought their first home when Destanie was only 18 years old and Skylier 19. She is passionate about helping people achieve their goal of homeownership. Destanie brings positivity, experience, and a “can-do” attitude to help ease the home buying process!

Lindsay Moore-Circolone
Lindsay Moore-Circolone brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the world of real estate. Before embarking on her successful real estate career, Lindsay was a dedicated cosmetologist and owned her own salon in Florida. Following the devastation of Hurricane Michael in 2018, she returned to her roots in Chattanooga and found her true passion in real estate.
Lindsay is married to Ed Circolone, and together they have a wonderful son, Kole Street, who is set to graduate high school in May 2025. The family is completed by their two beloved schnauzers, Charlie and Daisy.
